This machine was setup with premium tooling. To further optimize efficiency, went as far to have an expert come in to "tap test" every tool. This gave us the ability to run the tool at the most efficient speeds and feeds with minimum resonance and maximum MMR for long term runs.
Due to the massive decline of manufactured items in the USA, there were no longer manufactures that made this part. To meet certain regulations, the client asked if a "ratchet buckle" can be designed and manufactured here in the states. We meticulously modeled out the components and produced a low volume order for the customer.
